Popular in the custom sticker market, UV DTF printers use two films and UV light to achieve durable, glossy prints. Initially, UV-curable and varnish inks are printed on a base film and instantly cured by UV lamps inside the printer. After printing, the base film and backing film are laminated to form a sturdy sticker sheet. Application involves peeling the base film, pressing the sticker onto a substrate, and removing the backing film. This printing technique offers excellent resistance and clarity on various surfaces but does not support printing on textiles.
